Support Workers

Rota Support provides skilled, experienced support workers for learning disability and mental health services. Our team serves clients who support adults with autism, Asperger’s, complex needs, challenging behaviours, and a range of mental health conditions.

We ensure our support workers are trained to high standards and can adapt to meet the specific needs of each client, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes, especially for the service users

Healthcare Assistants

Our Healthcare Assistants all pose a minimum of 4 months experience in a UK care home setting. Whilst we respect experience across all types of different care, care in the community, domiciliary care and private care experience is not counted. This enables our staff to come into your home and hit the ground running, acting as an asset and not a hindrance to your permanent staff or residents.

We can provide Healthcare Assistants in emergency and short notice situations who are experienced in assisted living, dementia, elderly care, nursing, physical disabilities, residential and respite.

Senior Care Assistants / Team Leaders

Whether you require support in leading a shift, taking charge of a team of care assistants or administering medication, Rota Support can provide you with ambitious, caring, experienced, intelligent and trained Senior Care Assistants and Team Leaders.

These grades of staff are all medication trained and will have gone through an in-depth clinical assessment with our Clinical Lead who will sign them off as being able and competent to work in this capacity.

Registered Nurses

Rota Support recognises the legal requirement for some clients to have a Registered Nurse on-site. We can provide experienced NMC registered Nurses for contract, long-term, permanent, or temporary staffing needs.
